Q. Can I have multiple different symbols in my deck?
Yes, you may.

Q. Is the Hero Marker card mandatory?
No, but it is recommended. A marker identifies each player's Main Unit.

Q. Can a face down card in the Bond Area be turned face up during the Beginning Phase?
No, Bonds stay face down.

Q. Can you look at face down cards in the Bond Area?
Yes, you can look at the cards in your Bond Area and Retreat Area at any time, and can also ask to see your opponent's cards in the same areas on their side.

Q. Is there a limit to the number of units on the Battlefield, in the Bond Area or in hand?
No, there is no limit.

Q. Can a card without a symbol (Colorless) be deployed or change class even if all Bonds are face down?
Yes, all Bonds are also counted as Colorless regardless of which side is facing up.

Q. Can a card with a Deployment Cost of 0 be deployed even if no face up Bond shares its symbol?
No, the card's symbol must be present on at least one face up Bond, even if the card has a Deployment Cost of 0.

Q. Can cards with a Class Change Cost be deployed directly onto the battlefield without having to change classes?
Yes, but you have to pay the unit's Deployment Cost instead.

Q. If I only have one orb left and my Main Unit is defeated by a unit with a skill that can destroy two orbs instead of one, do I lose the game?
No, you do not lose the game. Only one orb is destroyed and your Main Unit stays on the battlefield, but if your Main Unit is defeated again, you lose the game.

Q. Which units are affected by the word “ally” in a skill's effect? Does this include the unit that used the skill?
This refers to all of your units on the battlefield, including the unit that used the skill. However, if “other ally” is specified instead, the unit that used the skill is excluded.

Q. Can a deployed unit change class during the same turn?
Yes, that is possible.

Q. Do I have to have the correct number of Bonds and Symbols when a unit is deployed using the effect of a skill?
No, the skills effect takes precedence. The unit can be deployed regardless of the number of Bonds or Symbols.

Q. Can skills triggered by “on deployment” be activated when a unit levels up/changes class?
No, a level up/class change is not considered a deployment.

Q. If a unit is destroyed, are all cards stacked under it also sent to the Retreat Area?
Yes, All cards in the stack are sent to the Retreat Area.

Q. I am the first player on the first turn. Can I move units or use their skills?
Yes, but you cannot initiate attacks or draw cards.

Q. Can tapped units use their skills?
Yes, they can.

Q. Can a unit that has leveled up/changed class use the skills of the cards stacked below it?
No, only the skills of the topmost card can be used.

Q. Can I perform a Critical hit or Evasion even if the support fails?
Yes, you can.

Q. When a Critical Hit or Evasion occurs, can the card that is used to pay for it have a different title from the unit in combat?
Yes, as long as the characters' names are the same, their titles may be different.

Q. is the attack power of a Critical Hit doubled before or after adding the support value?
The attack power is doubled after adding the support value.

Q. What should I do when my Deck runs out of cards?
Before taking any other action, shuffle all cards from the Retreat Area and place them on your Deck.

Q. When I have to take a card from the Orb Area into my hand, can I choose which card to take?
Yes, but you cannot look at the cards while you choose.

Q. When a support skill like “Hero Emblem” is activated and the attacking unit already has a skill increasing the number of orbs it destroys up to 2, does that destroy 4 orbs?
No, skills do not stack. Only 2 orbs will be destroyed.

Q. What happens when multiple skills are active at the same time?
If multiple skills are ready, you can choose the order in which they activate.

Q. Can an ally without a range attack an enemy if a skill says: „...can attack enemies regardless of range”?
No, units without range cannot initiate attack.
